General Questions
Q: Where can I buy your products?
A: You can find my work in several places — my Etsy shop, Amazon KDP (for print books), Zazzle (for mugs, cards, and gifts), and right here on this website. Each shop carries slightly different items, so it’s worth browsing all of them!
Q: Do I need an account to buy?
A: On Etsy, Zazzle, and Amazon, you’ll need an account with that platform to check out, but it’s quick to set up if you don’t have one. Here on my website, you can browse freely — but any purchases route you to the shop where that item lives.
Q: Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?
A: I do run occasional sales, especially around holidays and new releases. Follow my social pages or join my email list so you don’t miss them.
Q: What if something's wrong with my order?
A: Reach out through my Contact page, I read all my mail and will be back to you within 2 Business days.
Q: How do I get my file after I purchase a digital download?
A: Right after checkout, Etsy will give you a direct download link, and it’s also always available under “Purchases and Reviews” in your Etsy account — so you can grab it again anytime.
Q: What file format will I receive?
A: Most of my digital products are high-resolution PDFs. Some listings include additional formats; the product description will always tell you what’s included.
Q: Can I print it at home?
A: Yes! My digital products are designed to print beautifully on a standard home printer. For best results, print on white cardstock (65 lb or heavier) or bright white paper. Most files are sized for US Letter (8.5″ x 11″) unless the listing specifies otherwise.
Q: Can I share or resell the files I download?
A: Most of my digital products come with a commercial license, so you’re welcome to use them in your own business — printing and selling physical copies, for example. What’s not allowed is reselling or redistributing the digital file itself (the PDF or design file). Each listing will note the specific license terms, so check the product description if you’re ever unsure.
Books and Journals
Q: Where can I buy your books and journals?
A: My print books and journals are available on Amazon through Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Just search for the title. Some titles may also be available as digital downloads on Etsy.
Q: Are your journals available for Kindle or e-readers?
A: My journals are designed as physical, write-in books — they’re meant to be held and filled in by hand! They’re not formatted for e-readers. That said, I do have some workbooks and activity books available as printable PDFs on Etsy if you prefer a digital option.
Q: Who are your books for?
I create for curious, creative people at all stages of life. My “Growing Into Me” journal series is designed for girls ages 10–14. My other titles range from activity and learning books to legacy and reflection journals for adults. Whatever stage you’re at, there’s something here for you.
Shipping and Returns
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: For physical products on Zazzle and Amazon, shipping is handled by those platforms and their partners — international shipping availability depends on the platform.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Shipping times depend on the platform — Amazon and Zazzle each show estimated delivery at checkout based on your location.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: Digital downloads can’t be returned once purchased, since the file is delivered instantly. For physical products, returns and exchanges follow the policy of the platform you ordered from (Amazon or Zazzle).
