When I began creating People You Should Know: Celebrating African American Trailblazers, I had one simple goal—to make history engaging, inspiring, and accessible for curious minds of all ages.
Today, I’m excited to share that the first six books in the series are available: three biography books and three companion word search books.
This series celebrates remarkable African American trailblazers whose courage, creativity, leadership, and determination helped shape our world. Whether you’re learning together as a family, teaching in a classroom, or simply enjoy discovering inspiring stories, I hope these books encourage curiosity and lifelong learning.
Creating this series has been one of the most rewarding projects I’ve ever undertaken, and I’m already hard at work on Books 4, 5, and 6.
