7-Up Cake
A 7-Up Cake is a great pound cake to take to all gatherings.
Ingredients
- 3 sticks butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsp lemon extract
- ¾ cup 7-Up
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and then add flour, lemon extract and 7-Up
- Bake at 350℉ for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Notes
My Mother-in-Law had weekly orders for this cake. It has a nice fresh taste that people loved.
